Sneaky sugar: We're eating too much, and we don't even know it
Wed May 1, 2013
You'd have to be very uneducated if you didn't know cereals, pastries and muffins didn't have added sugar.

Fat-shaming may curb obesity, bioethicist says
Thu Jan 24, 2013
I believe in ones self taking control and not letting media get the best of you. I used to be much bigger, about 250, now normally about 160-165.

Avoid these 10 bad-mood foods
Mon Nov 19, 2012
This is a great article. It is a move towards more 'real' food. I've been doing the low-carb thing for some time and it does work. Fat is not the enemy. We've just been pumped with rhetoric for so long people are afraid of fat.

Bankers growing more worried about student loans
Wed Oct 10, 2012
Just another rift to divide the rich and poor. If the banks are afraid to lend to students who can't do without a loan, then funded is cut off; along with being poor, they become uneducated, too.

Bald is beautiful ... and a career boost, study finds
Fri Oct 5, 2012
I've been balding for years, since my teens actually. Now in my mid-30s I shave my head but not down to the scalp, just using "one" on the trimmer which makes it close enough. Very comfortable, easy to maintain. Thankfully I have a head that is shaped well, too!
